Practising Research - Part 2Northumbria University Session
This session provides an opportunity for new students to introduce themselves and their projects to our practice-based research community. Students are asked to give a 15 minute presentation outlining their research question and the context out of which it has emerged (10 minute PowerPoint + 5 minutes for questions/feedback). Current PGR students and supervisors will contribute to the session by reflecting on their experience of the different stages of the PhD process. The aim of the session is to set the context for practice-led PhDs and to explore the range of thematic and methodological approaches represented within our art & design research community.
